Nov. 10, 2017
Persistent health risks related to air pollution in European cities (violation of the European pollution standards in HU: possible implications?)
Current availability of solely aggregate/averaged data readings from stationary devices placed in the city center of Budapest
Solution:
Collecting real time micro BigData on Environmental pollution with
trendy portable smart devices
Storing BigData on BlockChain
Streaming the data for the community (daily alerts, city-wide air pollution map)
Enact citizens’ right for clean air
raising the awareness of the public
in the area of air pollution, empowering the population in their decision-making,
promoting bottom-up social responsibility movements for better environmental quality, supporting solution-oriented collaborations, and initiating a dialogue with local authorities.
RingAir as a valuable part of the
Smart City concept.
Project easily replicable
in other cities.
We provide useful and trendy smart bells to urban bikers for free
(bike delivery companies + individual bikers)
Target groups/ data users: urban cyclists, moms with prams; cities, governments, research institutes, real estate agencies, urban developers
We track the quality of the air that we breathe, store the collected BigData on BlockChain, and share these with the public and interested parties
We provide customized statistics and data visualization by needs
